During the scheduled date and times below, Conviva will roll out an enhancement to increase the accuracy of resolving and reporting ISP names within our Platform. This enhancement will enable Conviva to continuously report ISP name changes that regularly happen in our industry without significant delays. Additionally, this enhancement aims to reduce 'UNKNOWN' or outdated ISP values within Conviva’s Experience Insights and Video Session Summary Data Feeds (SSDs). This change ensure that our services continue to provide the best possible experience.

Activity Type: Software and Platform Upgrade
