During the scheduled date and times below, Conviva will be performing software upgrades to our Platform and Application services. This activity is necessary to ensure that our services continue to provide the best possible experience.
Maintenance Type: Platform and Feature Releases
Description: Infrastructure Updates and Application Fixes for Enhanced Performance and Stability
Impact: As part of our ongoing data center convergence efforts, we will be performing weekly maintenance windows through early September to improve our infrastructure and platform reliability. During each scheduled window, our dashboards displaying live and historical data may be intermittently unavailable. We will take extreme care to avoid any historical data loss due to these upgrades, and do not anticipate any significant disruptions to your operations.
