Update: SEI App real-time data processing has caught up and real-time charts and App AI Alerts are back to normal. Our team is reviewing historical data from the affected window (starting ~20:15 UTC) and will repair any remaining gaps. SEI Video was not affected. We'll share a final update once that's complete.
